SHIPPING

  • How does your shipping process work?

We currently have a 2-3 day processing time for all orders. We offer free ground shipping for orders over $150 in the US Mainland.  For orders under $150, shipping is $8 in the US Mainland. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive.

 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES
  • Do you except exchanges?
Yes, only after  7 days of receiving your items. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
 
  • Do you offer returns?
 For Hygiene purposes, we unfortunately do not offer any returns. We do have a  7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, like custom products (such as special orders/pre orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

  • What do I do if my return is lost?

Kayode Co. is not responsible for lost packages. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to help prevent this.

 

DUTIES AND TAXES

  • Do I have to pay any duties or taxes with my order?
International orders, now including the EU, may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the UK. These charges are payable by the customer and we do not currently cover this cost. For US  customers, taxes are included.
