Refund/Exchange Policy

Due to hygienic reasons, we have a 7 day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. We will no longer except exchanges past the 7th day mark. Refunds are unavailable.

We sincerely apologize in advance If, for any reason, the item you receive is faulty. Please contact us at help@kayodeco.com. We will be able to assist you from there.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start an exchange , you can contact us at help@kayodeco.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted. 

We always recommend returning your items via a recorded service as we unfortunately can't be held responsible for any items that do not reach us.

We are unable to cover exchange shipment costs unless your item is faulty. If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your exchange.

Allergic reactions: Please keep in mind that our items are free of Nickel. We list the metal and plating description on the product page. If you are allergic to any metal (ex: brass) please avoid purchasing that particular item.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable (and non exchangeable) items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned/exchanged, like custom products (such as special orders/pre orders, limited edition or personalized items). 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
